Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using GoalTok Football Betting Tips (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Micom Tech ("we," "our," or "us").
Description of Service
GoalTok Football Betting Tips is a swipe-based football prediction and betting tips platform, developed and published by Micom Tech. The App is available on Google Play and/or the Apple App Store.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
User Accounts
Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
App-Specific Terms
- GoalTok provides football predictions for informational and entertainment purposes only.
- You acknowledge that betting involves financial risk and we are not responsible for financial losses.
- You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use this app in connection with betting activities.
- Community-contributed predictions are user-generated and not verified by GoalTok.
- You agree not to redistribute or commercially exploit predictions or content from the app.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, algorithms, and software — are the exclusive property of Micom Tech and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
The App may offer premium features through subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases. By purchasing a subscription:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your device's App Store or Google Play Store settings.
- Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks.
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Micom Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the App, regardless of the theory of liability.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Micom Tech, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Romania.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
